My wine cooler experienced electrical damage due to a power surge. I contacted Wine Enthusiast Tech Support for assistance and was connected with Shaun Beam. Shaun has been amazing in his support and work towards resolving my concerns. He has been proactive, professional and easy to work with in resolving my problem. I highly recommend when seeking support you request Shaun as your technical support representative, he will absolutely take care of you.

Never received my order

Product were in route for approximately 2 weeks vis fed-x. Once it finally was in my state it was switched to USPS, were they said inadequate address, and was sent back without being able to call anyone. It had already taken a long time and was never delivered. Nothing but a hassle for no product. Very disappointed.

Bad service

FinStayed on line for over half an hour waiting for a representative and finally hung up because no one answered. Called back and again no answer. Why do you say your call will be answered in sux minutes when you know perfectly well no one is going to answer?!

On January 20th received 2 emails from 2 different customer service personnel. One promised a phone call the next day to discuss, didn't happen of course. The second wanted my contact information in order to make arrangements for the fridge to supposedly be picked up...

As of the posting of this complaint we have not received any returned phone calls or responses to emails other than a standard form email directing us to the carrier which is no longer applicable.

Ordered fridge on 12/7 under order #526243 and was told 7-10 delivery. Fridge finally showed up on 12/27.

Upon opening the box and placing in its location it was found that the top of the door at the hinge was broken, our email attached contained the pictures.

Attempted to contact Wine Enthusiast via phone their various 800 numbers but those are useless as there is an answering service that takes down your name, contact information and promises a response within 24 hours, which never happens. Their specific Customer Service 800 number actually directs you to send an email to custserv@***.net and allow 4 days for a response, which we did, but you receive a standard response email directing you to the various delivery companies to follow up on your shipment status, the product has already been delivered so useless.

do you have her email by chance? I have been trying to resolve an issue for our fridge for weeks and have received minimal communication - I was instructed to order a part costing $100 to fix my issue and it didnt help and am getting ghosted again... thanks!

Status on order

The rep called me back and said that my cooler was going through customs and that I s/b notified soon that it is being shipped. I have not received any new status yet. Hope I hear from them soon with a ship date!

I ordered 2 wine coolers in Jan 2020 for a total over $5000. I reported within the warranty period that all my bottle labels were getting moldy and wrinkled. My report got ignored. As I searched I found that many other customers had reported the same issue. I filed an online comment, which was removed. That wine cooler model I reported has a rating of 4.6 with ZERO 1 star because WE removes all negative ratings. This experience showed me that 1. WE products can be below standards. 2. WE Customer Service is terrible and they do not honor warranty. 3. WE is dishonest as they only show high/positive customer feedback and remove negative/low rating ones.

Wine Glass Replacement etc.

I ordered two sets of two wine glasses: Order #323615 dtd. 12/10/2020 and 322314 dtd 12/16/2020. Question # 1: Why if both orders were for the same glass was one $91.49 and the other $74.90? Question #2: One of the glasses from order #322314 broke and I submitted a claim for a replacement. After waiting for some time to elapse, I contacted Wine Enthusiast and was told "the ticket was closed." As I have not received the replacement glass, how can the ticket be closed? Question #3. Why is the payment for order #323615 in the amount of $91.49 listed as pending? The payment was to be from the same account as order #322314, which cleared my credit card? They sent me an expensive wrong Coravin wine dispenser over a month ago. I paid $399 and they sent me a cheaper version. I asked them to send me the product I paid for. They never sent me the right product and I never heard from them about the status of my complaint. I have asked for a refund but no one is reachable or will respond. Completely unacceptable business practices and customer support.

I spent close to $3,000 on a Loire wine credenza that was supposed to be delivered with "white glove service.." - the cabinet doors are misaligned and no matter what email or 800 customer service number you use, you simply cannot get a human being or any service or even a call back or a simple email. I now find myself writing here to get some attention and sending a letter to corporate offices the old-fashioned way. What exactly is "white-glove service" if you can't get the common courtesy of a call back?

Still unresolved. They deliver the cabinet then reply that they don't have technicians or repair people in my area and they are looking into it. Two months have now passed with limited communication and no resolution or plan communicated by wine enthusiast.
